In search of the perfect blend? 

St Eval, scent-seekers and candlemakers of Cornwall.   

Right now, we’re seeking a Finance Director to join us at our beautifully created HQ in North Cornwall, which overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and is designed to be in harmony with our rural setting.  Importantly, we’re looking for a special someone who is passionate about B Corp, experienced with navigating rapid business growth (and the cash flow implications that brings) and working in close partnership with our MD. 

Of course, you’ll need to be professionally qualified and commercially savvy but what’s key for this role will be your ability to drive frank dialogue with the directors, your personal gravitas and great communication skills; presenting with confidence in a way that everyone can understand. 

And even better if: 

  • You’ve worked with a privately or family-owned environment 

  • You’ve worked in a manufacturing business or other environment involving cost accounting 

  • You’ve got SAP knowledge/exposure 

Here’s some practical stuff to help you decide if we could be for you: 

  • Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 8am – 4pm 

  • Hybrid working 3 days onsite & 2 days remote 

  • 33 days holiday (including public holidays) 

  • There’ll be occasional travel to industry events inside and outside the UK
