Shipping and Returns

Our factory and offices are closed on bank holidays, orders placed during these times will be processed on our return and may experience small delays. 

Please be aware that during sales and promotions lead times may increase.

Due to new requirements which have come into place, we have temporarily suspended our European shipping services to continental Europe. At this stage we do not know how long these services will be unavailable for, but we will provide updates as the situation changes.

How do I return or exchange an item from my St. Eval order?

If the goods supplied are damaged or are not what you ordered, St Eval Candle Company can return, replace or exchange them as long as you notify the Company of the problem by 4pm on the day after delivery. All original transit packaging and damaged items must be kept until the claim has been reported and appropriate action decided. Any box that arrives damaged can be signed for as such and retained (remember to report by 4pm the next day) or alternatively the goods can be refused and subsequently returned to us. 

If goods are not received within 7 working days from the order/ invoice date, please notify the Company.

Notification of Breakage Claims, Incorrect Orders and Goods Not Received should be made by email or phone to: info@st-eval.com or 01841 540 850 and it should be made clear if replacements or a refund are required.  You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days following it's delivery.

Once these conditions have been met St Eval Candle Company's obligation will be to issue replacement goods for non-deliveries and damaged goods. Refunds are at the discretion of the Company.

How long will my return take to process?

We are usually pretty quick to process your returns but please do bear in mind that there may be delays after very busy periods like sales. We aim to process your returns within 1 week, but it may take up to 2 weeks.

Order Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order at any time within 14 days from date of delivery provided you or the recipient notify us by email:   info@st-eval.com  or phone:   01841 540850. You have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the goods provided they are in unused condition. Should the complete ordered be returned, any outward shipping costs will be refunded. We will refund the cost of outward delivery if all items that form part of an order are returned. You will be liable for any postage costs incurred as a result of returning an item to St Eval Candle Company. A refund can only be given provided for items returned and on inspection are in perfect condition.
